Returns

We really hope you love your Miyama order! However, if you need to make a return please follow the below instructions.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please email us at hello@miyamalondon.com. Please include details of the item, your order number and proof of purchase. When we have accepted your return, please follow the instructions below to send the parcel. We will then provide the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free postage for returns to help our journey of sustainability. Therefore, please ensure that when you are sending your item you choose a tracked/signed and insured delivery service. We do not hold responsibility for lost or damaged items.

We are only able to offer returns on products that are either damaged or faulty upon receipt, or are unworn and in their original condition. All packaging, cloth bag and box must be returned with the item in its original condition.

We cannot process a return if your item has been worn, labels have been removed, item has been damaged or if items are missing from your return package.

Once we receive your return, we will review and refund you given your item complies with our guidelines above.

If your return is approved, you will receive your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at miyamalondon@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer a free exchange for our UK customers.

To request an exchange, please email us at hello@miyamalondon.com. Please include details of the item, your order number and proof of purchase. When we have accepted your exchange, please follow the instructions below to send the parcel. We will then provide the return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We are only able to offer exchanges on products that are unworn and in their original condition. All packaging, cloth bag and box must be returned with the item in its original condition.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free postage for exchanges to help our journey of sustainability.

Once we have received your item, we will process your exchange and send your new requested item free of charge.
